Steam client beta adds Steam Deck-friendly install size and cloud sync indicators

Some small but welcome UI changes have appeared in the Steam client beta, and could prove particularly useful for the upcoming Steam Deck.

Changes that are available on desktop but could be even more helpful, methinks, on the upcomingSteam Deck.

Or ignore Valves advice and upgrade the SSD itself.

All that said, these two little UI improvements are nice to have just on Steams desktop version.
