Who is the Guardian in Baldur's Gate 3?

Who is the Baldur’s Gate 3 Guardian? They also, seemingly, aren’t a character that you could control at any point. How Baldur's Gate 3 morphed Larian Studios into wild new shapes

Not that Gales new vantage point offered any obvious entry points - only austere, imposing brickwork. That and a narrow pipe, through which smoke might leave the building. A mysterious explosion rocks the ground floor of a building as you pass. It would look like you were in a big city. But you would go to a location, and be teleported to the other side of it. And so we didn’t have to make it that dense....

Is Starfield multiplayer?

Will it be possible to play Starfield multiplayer in the future? Or are you limited to just sharing your journey with the many NPCStarfield companions? Is Starfield multiplayer? No, Starfield is not multiplayer. Bethesda have said that they currently have no plans to add a multiplayer mode to their game. Professional weird little guy Wheatley distills everything I love about Portal 2

He’s awful, but also really great How does one make a sequel to a basically perfect game? 2007’s physics-platformer-in-a-weird-science-facilityPortalis alodestar piece of game designfrom top to bottom. It’s one of my favourite games, and I went into 2011’sPortal 2with many a reservation. But it’s very good! I could even do “the joy of potatoes in Portal 2”. And he’s so good at both versions of Wheatley! Merchant’s performance only works in the whole context of the game....

PSA: Don't miss out on Baldur's Gate 3's hero introductions when picking your character

They’re also very easy to miss if you’re not careful. A critical success roll if ever there was one. Some might say that’s veering into spoiler territory, but trust me. And that’s warmed her to me just a teeny bit more, just by watching her intro. So don’t miss ‘em! Former contributor Emily Gera also works on it.

Return Of The Obra Dinn is the perfect recommendation for folks who don't play games

The best moment from Return Of The Obra Dinn: the shoe and hammock revelation

A brilliantly conceived murder mystery puzzle box (boat?) Spoilers to follow obviously, but if you know, you know. I’m talking about the shoe and hammock revelation. They rarely appear in other scenes, and their general movements are quite hard to pin down. The same goes for some of the lesser crewmen of other nationalities as well. The hammocks were numbered. The crew list has numbers too! Are they the same?...

The best moment of Portal 2: the part where he kills you

For me, though, Portal 2 peaks late. Its Chapter 9: The Part Where He Kills You! Mmm, love that part. TPWHKY begins wonderfully: by almost literally knocking you off balance. In other words, its hardly a dumb action sequence, and theres thought behind those spike plates.
