Bank-It is a “casual-friendly, combat-focused mode” in which four teams of three fight over coins. I’m imagining a playground scramble, but more deadly. Sometimes you look at a multiplayer shooter and instantly know it’sdoomed. I don’t get that feeling from The Finals. The shooting was pretty good, too, when I played it earlier this year....

Plus it’s a Fast IPS screen, making it ideal for fast-paced esports titles. Here’s something you don’t see every day: a24-inchgaming monitor with a resolution of 2560x1440. In terms of other features, this Koorui monitor is making all the right noises. The stand even looks quite decent, with height adjustment, portrait mode rotation and the usual tilt/swivel possibilities.

The troubled naval combat sim isn’t the only Ubisoft project experiencing misadventures. Speculation runs rife that the anonymous blockbuster is Ubisoft Massive’sStar Wars Outlaws. The latter rumour comes fromEthan Gach over at Kotaku, drawing on reporting earlier in the year. Launching this unspecified game in financial year 2024-2025 will allow Ubisoft “to maximize its value creation”....
