Infinity on the cheap Video games must be three hours-long or infinite and nothing in between. The latest Steam event is designed to celebnrate the latter. Fests mix the discounts of a Steam sale with demos for upcoming and unreleased games. I wonder if some developers are holding their demos back for next month’s larger Steam Next Fest. Anything else may as well be a job. I’m being facetious, obviously, but only slightly....

The first trailer premieres on YouTube tomorrow A while back Ubisoft revealedabout a billion Assassin’s Creed projects. Praise Paeguth I booted upDread Delusionand fell 30 feet to my death. This throwback first-person RPG is hazardous, and not only due to the dreamlike islands floating in the sky. Far from being a nuisance, meta-jank like this only endears me further to Dread Delusion. It is anRPGfrom the other side of some attic mirror, an Elder Scrolls from a parallel 2002. It has, somehow, slipped into our reality and is seeingits full release today....

It can be extremely difficult to deal with the fast-acting Scarlet Rot while you’re fighting. you might obtain the Speckled Hardtear by beating the Wormface boss at the Altus Plateau Minor Erdtree. However, the spell also takes a little bit of the player’s HP with each cast. Not much, but it’s still worth remembering. The Flame, Cleanse Me Incantation is found in the Fire Monk campsite in East Liurnia. TheLaw Of Regressionis a late-game Incantation that immediately cures all status effects (including Scarlet Rot)....

That’s easy, it’sNecrophosis, baby. Still, visually it’s quite magnificent. Flayed corpses and ribs and towering statues that pray to fleshy sacks. That was one of my gripes with Scorn, in that its puzzling was sometimesveryobtuse.

IDKFA is cover your ears, Google! short for I Dont Know Fuck All. Its an ancient cheatcode that unlocks all the games weapons and grants you megaarmour. So this could be a new Doom game, or it could be some kind of Doom diving bell. They really areputting Doom on everything these days. Eurogamerhave heardthat a Doom announcement is forthcoming at this years Summer Games Fest in June....

Something about ROBOBEATs roguelike shooting feels different though. Either way, heres a tray-tray below. Dont hate me, metal men. I simply do not have the energy to experience everyday events as if they were epic battles. My anxiety already makes popping out for bananas feel like getting ready to defend Helms Deep. Also, the beats are a lot clearer, which helps me wrap my clumsy brain around them. ROBOBEAT is out tomorrow, but theres still ademo available on Steamat time of writing....

Could we finally see the first Red Dead on PC that soon, after all this time?
