Those two items are: the Iris Of Grace, and theIris Of Occultation.

Like its darker sibling, there are two Iris Of Grace items available in the DLC.

Head straight through to the next room and descend the elevator into the Living Jar hall.

Then turn left and head down the stairs into the main hall area.

In front of the altar behind it is the Iris Of Grace.

Go to the far end of the chapel where the two staircases go left and right around a doorway.

At the base of the statue you’ve got the option to loot the final Iris Of Grace.

Doing so will use up the Iris Of Grace forever.

However, doing so will prevent you from using the Iris Of Occultation to receive their mainweapon.
