Upgrading weapons is essential, as it helps give players the sharp edge needed to stay in the fight.

As weapons are upgraded, costs may increase, and more or rarer materials may be needed.

The second (and arguably more useful) method is “Upgrade from Wishlist”.

To use this, you first need to Wishlist an item from the main “Forge/Upgrade Weapon” screen.

Select “Reinforce”, and you’ll be presented with a different throw in of upgrade screen.

This could be an attack boost, a sharpness boost, an affinity boost, or an element boost.

The upgrade system here is a lot simpler than for ordinary weapons, but has considerably less freedom.
