Would I like a free update? Looking at the trailer I’d say that the big theme here is the colour purple. It’s everywhere, that’s just the vibe of the place I suppose. In terms of actual additions, outside of the new area itself, there’s apparently a new story. There’s some kind of essence infecting the area, but story details are pretty light right now. On top of that there’s new fish, insects, and plushies too....
Turns out, it’s today! Overall, it looks something akin toValheim, albeit with that general RuneScapey vibe. The genre’s just a bit too saturated these days.

I truly, wholly did not know thatSkull and Boneswas still going. The first season of thepirategame’s second year has already kicked off, introducing a few new features. Pick a higher tier, get better rewards, simple! Other factions will be hostile to you though, so take that into consideration. After that there’s season 3 in the fall, with its biggest addition being land combat. Lastly, there’s season 4, which is quite literally adding in a kraken....
Murderised mutants will now drop loot of some kind, instead of offering no reward at all. So probably lots of handy gizzards and guts. Currently, when you kill a mutant, their corpses are simply empty. This is unlike defeated human foes who can be ransacked for bullets, food, and boots. This means that a series of mutant encounters can quickly drain your ammunition stocks. Especially when it comes to the spongier beasts....
